Liseberg is Scandinavia´s largest amusement park and offers head-spinning rides, carousels and concerts all over the summer. You can discover around 40 different attractions and rides, such as AtmosFear, the tallest free fall ride in Europe, and the award-winning wooden roller coaster Balder.

The museum has three stars in Michelin’s Green Guide and houses impressive Nordic collections dating from the 15th century, among other works of art. The Garden Society
In the heart of the city, the Garden Society of Gothenburg (Trädgårdsföreningen) is one of Europe’s most beautifully preserved 19th-century parks. Here, you can stroll amid rolling lawns, exotic plants, and historic buildings. Don´t miss the palm house, built in 1878 with its exotic plants in a Mediterranean climate.
In the center of Gothenburg, Universum ist he largest science center oft he Nordic countries. Throughout its seven floors you can experience a tropical rainforest, huge aquariums and lots of exciting experiments – on your own or with the Universeum guides. The archipelago of Gothenburg with over 20 islands stretches along the west coast of Sweden. You don’t have to travel far from the city to find charming villages, stunning nature and beaches. Seal safaris, sea-fishing and boat excursions are just some of the activities available here.
